Congratulations to Judith Evborokhai and Lauren Mathews-McGuinness who represented the College in The Taste of Louth Cupcake Competition held in The Marshes Shopping Centre in December 2016.
Both girls produced excellent work in both The Best Decorated Category and The Best Flavour Category.
Judith won her Category and also received the Overall Winners Prize.
